Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 12, 2026

At EAC’s Market, all products are sold as digital goods and/or services. By making a purchase, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Lack of knowledge on how to use the product
• Compatibility issues
• Personal circumstances
• Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions

2. Delivery of Goods

All products are considered delivered once:

• The product is sent to your account, email, or dashboard
• Access to the product has been granted

Once delivered, the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible.

3. Responsibility of the Customer

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You have read the product description fully
• You understand what you are buying
• You have verified compatibility and requirements
• You are authorized to use the payment method

Failure to meet these conditions does not qualify for a refund.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product
• You did not receive the product at all (and we are unable to deliver it)

All refund requests must include valid proof and will be reviewed at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated:

• Your account will be permanently suspended
• All access to purchased products will be revoked
• You will forfeit any rights to support or future purchases
• We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence, including proof of delivery and agreement to our Terms

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor transactions for fraud. Suspicious activity may result in:

• Order cancellation
• Account suspension
• Refusal of service

7. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from EAC’s Market, you confirm that:

• You understand and agree to this Refund Policy
• You waive any rights to refunds except where explicitly stated

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
